Qui suis-je ?

Psychomotricienne diplômée d’État de l’ISRP de Marseille, je vous accompagne dans la rééducation des troubles psychomoteurs et de leurs impacts dans la vie quotidienne. Formée en sophrologie relationnelle, j’utilise également des techniques de relaxation dynamique dans ma pratique.

La psychomotricité

La Psychomotricité est une discipline paramédicale qui s’intéresse au lien direct ou indirect entre les fonctions motrices, psychiques, affectives, cognitives, et relationnelles.

Pour quoi et pour qui ?

La psychomotricité s’applique à des patients de tout âge : enfants, adolescents et adultes. Ses domaines d’application concernent de nombreux troubles psychomoteurs, pouvant affecter les différentes fonctions psychomotrices.
Enfants :
– Retard de développement psychomoteur,
– Les troubles spécifiques des apprentissages scolaires (DYS, Graphisme, concentration, planification,…),
– Les troubles du neuro-développement (TDC, TDAH, TSA, DI,…),
– Les troubles visuo-constructifs.

Adolescents :
– Les troubles du comportement (Hyperactivité, Manque de confiance en soi, phobie scolaire,…),
– Les habiletés sociales.

Adultes :
– Troubles mentaux,
– Stress, phobie, angoisse,
– Troubles neuro-moteurs,
– Douleurs psycho-somatiques.
Personnes âgées :
– Perte d’autonomie, troubles de l’équilibre, troubles mnésiques.

Comment ?

Le psychomotricien intervient via une approche psycho-corporelle à visée rééducative et thérapeutique. La rééducation psychomotrice se fait par l’intermédiaire de différentes médiations pouvant être le jeu, les techniques de relaxation dynamique, les techniques de rééducation cognitives, la guidance parentale, etc.
